Charitable Giving Fund – 2009

We are pleased to report that our clients and Frost Financial have raised $2,621.00 toward Canadian Charities this past year. Frost Financial annually matches our client contributions as part of our annual drive for charities. We would like to thank all those who participated in this worthy cause. 

Our clients and Frost Financial rose to the challenge in 2008 raising $3,214 for local and Canadian Charities. We should all be proud of this accomplishment in light of the current difficult economic environment. Now more than ever Charities will need our help to keep their programs funded to help those in need. We truly appreciate the effort! Thanks again.

FROST FINANCIAL TEAM CHARITABLE GIVING FUND – 2007

Once again our clients were very charitable in donating to our matching fund raising $4,330 for Canadian and local charities. Thanks again to all who participated!

Frost Financial Team challenged its clients for the first time in 2006 to donate to a charity of their choice, which would be matched 100% by Frost Financial Team. The amazing result was that over $4,400 was raised for Canadian and local charities. We are proud to have been involved in this successful event and will be making it an annual one.

The following is a partial list of organizations we support:

*Room to Read - World change starts with Educated Children™
In 2004 Frost Financial Team supported the building of a school in Sri Lanka after the devastating Tsunami destroyed communities and resulted in 40,000 lives lost.

In 2007 Greg Frost - Frost Financial funded the building of a Nursery and Preschool in Laos - Xayabouly District which was constructed and opened in October 2007. Opening ceremonies were attended by Greg and friends, government representatives and of course the school children. The school opening was a wonderful opportunity to help the children of Laos get a great start in the journey of lifelong learning , and I am happy to have helped Room to Read bring this project to the children.
